Returns + Exchanges
We want to make sure you’re happy with your Winsome purchase. Please read about our return and exchange policies for our different collections:
For all items in our Modern Collection, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of shipment. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Shipped items must be returned in their original packaging. For items shipped back to us, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item. If we feel that your garment is in less than ideal condition upon return, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
If your garment doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange it for the same item of a different size (if available). Please email us right away at email@example.com so that we can confirm the exchange/return.
Whether returning or exchanging, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend adding delivery confirmation to your return shipment - we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return, or with any questions or concerns.
All ZERO collection sales are final. Please read descriptions and measurements carefully. You can order a swatch ($20) of our Area Rug and Welcome Mat options in order to see the product in your home before you buy. If would like to order and swatch, please email us at email@example.com . Ordering a swatch does not reserve a rug, as they are sold on a limited quantity, first-come first-serve basis. If you buy a swatch and decide to purchase a full rug, a $20 credit will be included in your purchase.
Class registration costs can be refunded in full or transfer to another available date if cancelled or transferred 14 days prior to event date. Registration costs will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to other available dates within 14 days of the event date. If classes must my cancelled within 14 days of event, you will be welcome to register for another available date at 20% off the registration cost. To cancel, transfer or reregister, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Sew-It-Yourself pattern and kit sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read descriptions and measurements carefully.

Do you have a Winsome garment from seasons past that you are not wearing anymore?
We are currently in the second phase of the Winsome garment Take-Back Program. Bring in or ship back your previously owned and worn Winsome garment to our Minneapolis store in exchange for a $25 gift card for something new. We accept any number of garments in any condition. Every garment will be recycled through our upcoming second hand shop or used as material in one of our zero waste products.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used on any Winsome item in our store-front or online store.
TO DELIVER your garment to our studio please email email@example.com to schedule a drop off time.
TO SHIP your garments to our studio please follow these steps:
1) Ship your garment to our studio at Winsome Goods 201 6th St. SE #2 Minneapolis, MN 55414
2) Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your shipping receipt and to let us know an email for your gift card. We will add the price of shipping to the gift card amount.
3) We will process your gift card within 2-5 business days of receiving the garment back in our studio.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used on any Winsome item in our store-front or online store (Workshops included).
